Purpose

Ranier Consulting uses artificial intelligence (AI) as a structured analytical tool to enhance operational clarity, documentation efficiency, and modeling accuracy. AI supports professional judgment and does not replace it.

Human Oversight

All AI-assisted outputs are reviewed by a human prior to application. AI is not used to autonomously reject applicants, determine compensation, or execute employment decisions.

Advisory Boundary

Ranier Consulting may recommend AI-enabled tools. Implementation, configuration, and governance of such systems remain the responsibility of the client.

Data Handling

Identifiable client data is not entered into public AI tools without explicit consent. Data minimization and anonymization practices are applied where feasible. Client data is not sold or used to train proprietary models.

Meeting Transcription

AI-assisted transcription tools may be used with advance client consent. No recording occurs without express acknowledgment.
